Delivery of your package

Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours after payment is received. Standard shipping is done via "Colissimo" from La Poste, with signature or delivery to a pick-up point. Whichever method you choose, an online tracking link will be provided. Shipping costs cover packaging, handling, and postal fees, including a fixed fee and a variable fee depending on the destination (such as customs fees or VAT for international shipments). It is advisable to consolidate your purchases into a single order, as shipping fees apply to each separate order. Although the package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken with fragile items. Returns are at your expense, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
